Family unit Business is an American crime family unit drama created by Carl Weber and based on his bestselling criminal offence drama book series. Originally developed as an independent film franchise, BET produced it as an eight-episode limited series in 2018.[i] [2]
The series follows the Duncans, an ethical family that owns and operates an exotic car dealership in New York. It stars Ernie Hudson, Valarie Pettiford and Armand Assante. The first flavor premiered on Nov 13, 2018. On December 19, 2019, the series was renewed for a 12-episode 2nd flavour to air on the network's streaming service BET+.[three] The second flavour premiered on July 2, 2020.[iv] On Dec 4, 2020, the series was renewed for a third season that premiered on October 14, 2021.[5] On January 28, 2022, the serial was renewed for a quaternary flavour[half dozen]

- Ernie Hudson as L.C. Duncan - LC Duncan is the patriarch and CEO of the Duncan Family business: Duncan Motors.
